Bedlay Castle, Scotland
Bedlay Castle was built in the 12th century as a palace for the Bishops of Glasgow. Said to be haunted by a certain Bishop Cameron who around the year 1350 was found dead face down in the waters of a nearby Loch. It would seem that the bishop was probably murdered and certainly over the ensuing centuries many have claimed to see his ghost around the castle causing much distress to the occupiers over the centuries because of the tormented sounds is said to make.
